GROWING NEIGHBORS & SPOKANE PUBLIC SCHOOLS
Capstone Project

For our first project in our Capstone course, our team's job was to develop a case study and an information graphic for Growing Neighbors that examines the community gardens in the Spokane area and the benefits it may have for Spokane Public Schools. Growing Neighbors (GN) is a non-profit organization and was founded in collaboration with a variety of community partners and advocates. Like Growing Neighbors, our group believes that incorporating garden-based learning into Spokane Public Schools’ curriculum's would majorly benefit students.
